The Architecture Development Method (ADM) is one of the major components of “framework and methodology” and covers all the enterprise architecture establishment phases. The ADM consists of three phases including “Preparation”, “Architecture Establishment”, and “Architecture Implementation.”

The ADM is derived/ adapted from TOGAF ADM and modified according to agility and simplicity views. Local knowledge and experience, especially those which have been gained from more than a decade of academic research and practical experience in enterprise architecture, have played a pivotal role in customizing and developing the ADM.
